Costs & Conditions
Collection & delivery Digitalrepaircentre.co.uk will charge the customer for the collection, identification and delivery per order in the amount of £20, £30, £40 depending upon the type of item collected. Every attempt will be made to ensure the agreed date of collection. However in unexpected circumstances, failure to collect the item will be addressed with by rescheduling it for another date. A third option will be to refund the money.
Warranty and warranty Period Your device will be returned to you with a full 90 day warranty on parts and labour only, this excludes carriage and administration fees. We provide 90 day warranty on all repaired devices. The warranty of the device will be only of the component we repaired. The warranty starts from your return date of device. Warranty does not cover any physical damage/ water spillage. In the unlikely event you need to return your device to us for an In Warranty Repair then simply book your device for collection and delivery for £24.99.
Service We aim to provide a 5 working day repair service providing the repair is as selected on our website and we have the parts in stock required to complete your repair. In some cases we may also need to bench test devices for a number of hours to ensure the repair has been successful this can also cause delays. While every effort is made to adhere to our 4 day repair service it is not possible to guarantee
this service.
Warranty Sealsl Please be aware that in order for us to repair your item we will need to open the device to access component parts. This will destroy the warranty seal. Access to the Website Digitalrepaircentre.co.uk endeavours to provide access to the website 24 hours a day but access may be suspended temporarily and without notice if the system fails or requires maintenance or repair or for reasons outside digitalrepaircentre.co.uk's control.
Order placement and Part Availability Digitalrepaircentre.co.uk holds the right to cancel order after receivable if part or replacement item is not in stock. All replacement such as Screen replacement or any other parts are subject to availability. Orders will be processed accordingly.
Refund F For processing refund for failed item will require the item to be sent back for the engineers to verify. No fix No fee refund only includes the repair cost. Collection and delivery charges are not refundable.
In Repair Damage Repairing
motherboard and procedures such as Reflow, Replacing Bga and components carry a small
risk of motherboard being unresponsive, damaged or dead. In such repairs loss of
motherboard can
happen and digitalrepaircentre.co.uk will not be liable in anyway.

The cost of items and conditions associated with them are for informational purposes

right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time necessary.
In the event those prices are changed during the period between and order being placed
it being processed, you will be contacted with details and confirmation of the new
price. All prices on the website do not include Vat as we are not VAT registered.
Repairs under warranty will not incur a labour charge except when ordering parts
are required. The company is not responsible for any accidental damage, and will
charge the customer for delivery of any repairs under warranty
COLLECTION AND DELIVERY
Repair centre (UK) Ltd will NOT charge the customer a collection or delivery charge
if they drop off and collect the device they are experiencing problems with. For
items that need to be collected from the customer, repaired and delivered back to
the customer there will be a charge in the amount of £20, £30, £40 per order for
the shipping costs (repair costs are charged separately), depending upon the size,
weight and type of item collected and delivered. Every attempt will be made to ensure
the agreed date of collection and delivery. However in unexpected circumstances,
failure to collect or deliver the item will be addressed with by rescheduling it
